Contest Prep & Posing Coach

I’m the co-owner of Iron Will Fitness, built alongside my wife with one goal in mind—creating a private, results-driven gym where people can train seriously without the distractions of a typical commercial gym.

I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a background in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, and a national - level competitive bodybuilder. I don’t just coach results—I live them every day. That experience allows me to guide clients through every phase, whether it’s building muscle, losing body fat, or stepping on stage.

My coaching is built around structure, precision, and long-term progress. I focus heavily on proper exercise mechanics, movement patterns, and injury prevention so you can train hard, stay consistent, and avoid setbacks.

I work with a wide range of clients—from beginners to athletes, competitors, and seniors—adapting every program to the individual. Whether your goal is performance, physique, or recovery, I bring a no-BS, results-focused approach to getting you there.

No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just results.

Strength & Conditional Coach

As co-owner of Iron Will Fitness, my husband and I built this gym with one goal in mind—to create a private, supportive, and results-driven environment where people of all levels can train with confidence.

I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and consistency. I bring high energy into every session—whether it’s one-on-one training or group classes—creating an environment that pushes you while still making training enjoyable and sustainable.

As a competitive bodybuilder, WNBF Figure Pro, and PNBA Figure Pro I understand the discipline, structure, and commitment it takes to achieve real results. I work with a wide range of clients—including kids, beginners, athletes, and seniors—adapting each program to fit their individual goals, experience level, and needs.

My background in taekwondo has played a major role in shaping my approach to training, emphasizing discipline, focus, and mental resilience. I carry those principles into every session to help clients build not just physical strength, but confidence and consistency.

I also specialize in strength and conditioning, as well as working with individuals recovering from injuries or surgery. In addition, I have experience working with clients who have disabilities or special needs, providing a patient, supportive, and personalized approach to help them improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

In addition to training, I’m a licensed spray tanner, working with clients—especially competitors—to make sure they look their best on stage.

No matter where you’re starting, I’m here to help you get stronger, move better, and stay consistent.

Barre Class Instructor

I’ve been dancing since I was three years old, training in ballet, tap, jazz, and acrobatics through my teens. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and that passion naturally led me to discover barre during college.

I quickly fell in love with the combination of strength, control, and flow, and went on to earn my certification through Total Barre. Barre allows me to blend my dance background with a challenging, full-body workout that builds strength, improves balance, and enhances overall movement.

My classes are designed to be high-energy, engaging, and just the right amount of challenging. I focus on creating an environment where clients feel motivated, supported, and confident while still pushing themselves to get the most out of every session.

Outside of the gym, I love staying active through traveling and outdoor activities, which keeps my energy high and my approach to fitness fresh. I bring that same energy into every class, along with a little bit of personality to keep things fun.

My goal is simple—to help you feel stronger, move better, and actually enjoy the process.

Pilates Instructor • Personal Trainer

Group Fitness Instructor • Recovery Coach

I’ve never been someone who fit neatly into a classroom, but the moment I stepped into the world of athletics, everything clicked. What once felt like a challenge became an advantage—my ADD driving me through a fitness journey that has spanned track and field, powerlifting, strongman, Spartan races, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and ultimately earning my PNBA Figure title.

My journey hasn’t just been physical. Recovery and faith have played a major role in shaping who I am and how I coach. I know what it means to rebuild, grow, and find purpose again—and that experience shaped my purpose: helping others rediscover their joy, strength, and passion.

Today, I’m a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Recovery Coach—and an avid cat lover who believes movement should feel empowering, not intimidating. My mission is to meet people exactly where they are and guide them toward the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
